In 2024 DSML Executive Search became Alexander Hughes USA.In my function as a consultant I am responsible for talent sourcing, account management, client relationship management and business development. I identify, research, attract, evaluate and qualify potential candidates from various industries such as industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, consumer goods, medical devices life sciences and SaaS for C-level, VP and Director level executive positions in management, operations, sales and business development. I am responsible for the entire recruitment process from creating job descriptions/postings to giving candidate presentations, performing references checks and assisting with salary and benefits negotiations. I am a true partner to our clients (geographically dispersed Hiring Managers and HR professionals), liaising with them throughout the entire recruitment process.Due to my rich cross-cultural background and personal intercultural experience, I am able to ensure that our candidates will be well matched to the specific culture of our clients.
