I also graduated from The University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2020 where I earned a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences. Upon graduating, I worked as a Laboratory Manager for The Padmanabhan Lab in UMBC, where I conducted ovarian cancer research through the assay of potential therapeutic drugs. I also have experience as a clinical intern at The Pro Bono Counseling Project where I provided support in matching those who need mental health services with volunteer therapists. Lastly, I worked part time as a Customer Service Associate at Wawa for five years. I aim to expand my interest in biological sciences and build a career in a position that makes a difference in people’s lives.
