The Patient Financial Services Representative (PFSR) serves as the first point of contact in greeting patients and guarantors in the hospital, ambulatory or medical office setting. With over 27 years of experience in the aviation industry, I am a seasoned management consultant and executive who helps clients achieve their goals in outsourcing, airport security, international drug security, risk assessment, motivational speaking, and enhancing customer experience. I am the Owner and CEO of my own management consulting firm, where I provide customized solutions and strategies to meet the needs and challenges of various organizations and stakeholders.Previously, I was a Manager of Airport Services and Governmental Affairs at American Airlines, where I led and directed a large and diverse team of contract employees and supervisors responsible for the ticket counter check-in, flight dispatch, and customer service for 300 daily international and domestic flights. I also served as the Chief Liaison for American Airlines and various federal and local agencies, such as TSA, CBP, ICE, and Miami Dade Airport Authority. In addition, I was the President of the Airline Management Council, a prestigious organization that fosters cooperation among the scheduled airlines and vendors that operate at Miami International Airport.I am passionate about delivering excellence and value to my clients and partners, as well as engaging and motivating my employees and colleagues. I have a Master\'s degree in Abnormal Psychology from Fordham University and a certificate in Labor Negotiations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. I am also a published author and a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the dynamic and evolving field of management consulting.
