My work involves value-chain diagnostics, policy analysis, and financial modelling, alongside extensive stakeholder engagement and qualitative and quantitative research.Trained in Economics, Sociology, and Psychology, I am drawn to the spaces where data meets lived reality. While quantitative analysis is a powerful tool, I am deeply interested in its limits, especially when policy design overlooks social norms, power structures, and the voices of marginalized communities. Viewing development through a subaltern lens has shaped how I approach research, evidence, and impact. In the long run, I envision myself working on evidence-based policies that move beyond tokenism and translate representation into real empowerment, creating systems that are not just efficient, but genuinely inclusive.
