ABOUT HEITOR QUEIROZ RIBEIRO
I am a customer-centric professional with an MBA and six years of experience in software onboarding, customer success, and customer support. Growing up in a small town in Brazil, I worked alongside my father in our family business during my teenage years, where I developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability. As the first in my family to learn a second language fluently and earn an MBA abroad, I take pride in overcoming challenges and pursuing growth. These experiences shaped my drive to help clients achieve their goals and find success. In my current role, I deliver SaaS solutions designed for dental schools, guiding clients through onboarding and aligning the product with their workflows. I also provide consulting services to ensure they make the most of the platform\'s capabilities. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring new restaurants, going for road trips, working out at the Gym, and relaxing with my favourite movies and TV shows; that is how I \"recharge\" my batteries and keep the balance on my mental and physical health.
