ABOUT RAHUL ISLAM BARBHUIYA
Ph.D. in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph with a focus on transforming agricultural and agrifood industrial waste into nanomaterials for diverse applications, supporting food security and sustainability. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from Assam University, Silchar, followed by a Master of Technology in Food Process Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela.With over 20 peer-reviewed publications, including research articles, review articles, and book chapters, my work spans organic nanoparticles, polymer-based and lipid-based nanoparticles, shelf life extension, sustainable agriculture, extraction, characterization, material science, green synthesis, niosomes, food processing, engineering, rheology, nanotechnology, food safety and packaging, and non-thermal processing methods. Passionate about innovative solutions in food systems and dedicated to advancing research in sustainable agricultural practices.
