As a seasoned professional with over 25 years of international banking experience, I have established a track record of success in the commercial real estate finance industry. Previously, I served as Vice President of RBC Hospitality Markets, where I developed successful relationships with leading Canadian and US hotel owners, specializing in new hotel construction financing across Canada. I also effectively led a syndicate of six banks in financing the first 5-star hotel (Ritz Carlton) in the country, and provided operating loans, cash management solutions, and investment accounts for stabilized hotels. Earlier in my career, as a Relationship Manager at RBC Commercial Markets, I honed my skills in structuring complex transactions for real estate clients, with financing needs ranging from $5MM to $300MM, encompassing a diverse range of assets, from commercial mortgages to golf courses, hotels, and resorts. My ability to deliver superior customer services and insightful financial solutions has earned the loyalty and trust of my clients. With a broad range of experience in the corporate, commercial, and commercial real estate industries in Ontario, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any engagement.
