I am a Senior Project Manager and Engineer with 17 years experience in Engineering Development and Capital Delivery.Most recently my focus has been leading on the programme to deliver works to improve passenger experience post infrastructure failures resulting in rail travel delays by introducing new technology and continuous improvement within processes, governance and frameworks to ensure an acceleration into operational transition to realise benefits sooner.In addition to complex and high value Programme and Project delivery - my core strengths lay in continuous improvement within project and programme controls, governance and processes with senior stakeholder management.
