My role as the Experience Center Manager is to own the success of Fisher & Paykel’s state-of-the-art experience center at our US Headquarters in Costa Mesa through overseeing operations to presenting products to our customers. As the first face that any of our potential customers will see, I am an expert on all of our products in the EC and work cross-collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to orchestrate and manage onsite event logistics. One of my responsibilities is building relationships with the SDA (specifiers/ designers/architects) community in the Orange and San Diego county area through showroom interactions and involvement with industry organizations and events.
