Experience
Senior Program Manager, Collaborative Facilitator, Change-maker Career Coach Owner
Nov 2017 — Present · Bellingham, WA, US
I provide strategic consulting, project management and implementation, and excellent team and meeting facilitation. Additionally, with certification under an institute accredited by the International Coaching Federation, as of January 2025 I have provided 300+ leadership and career coaching hours to clients in a wide array of change-making fields. Feel free to reach out about any of the above! Examples of Work: From October 2024 - Present, I\'ve supported non-profit, Summit for Action, in expanding its growth and impact through a satellite event and networking model. From June 2019 - Present, I\'ve provided coaching to people holding entry- to executive-level roles in environmental and social impact careers to help hone their leadership and relational skills at work as well as to refine their organizational and project-level goals. From December 2017 - March 2020, I supported a multi-stakeholder Collaborative that developed a strategic water plan for Oregon\'s Harney Basin. I served a primary role in process design, meeting planning, facilitation, and coordination of work-product development. I led the recruiting and hiring process for a new project manager, and on-boarded and trained the new manager in early 2020 with great success! The Collaborative continues to do incredible community-building and water-planning work. From July 18, 2018 - November 2019, I coordinated and facilitated what grew into a strong and inspiring Learning Partnership among participants who are doing the challenging yet impactful work of local, integrated water planning in various Oregon communities. Starting in September 2019, I supported the Midcoast Water Planning Partnership by on-boarding their new staff capacity. For three months, I provided 1:1 coaching for their new Planning Coordinator. I also met with the Coordinating Committee to help them gain clarity around their role as their project transitioned into a new phase of work.
