ABOUT RIANNE FAUCHER
I am a staff lawyer at the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, practicing in the area of family law. The Edmonton Community Legal Centre offers summary legal advice clinics to low-income individuals in Alberta. I graduated from the University of Alberta Law School, and completed my articles at the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. Before law school, I worked as a paralegal and legal assistant for a boutique law firm and was able to hone many practical skills, such as file management, client service and court procedure. Prior to entering the legal field, I spent 10 years as a professional in the publishing industry and have experience project managing, editing and marketing for a variety of digital, print and in-person formats, including books, magazines, infographics and live events. My professional background and experience in working with and managing people with a wide variety of skillsets makes me a highly adaptable addition to any team. I thrive in fast-paced work environments and enjoy creative problem solving.
