   HR Manager responsible for the oversight and administration of the human resources function. • Serve as acting Head of Human Resources from June 2022 to present • Oversee and support the execution and delivery of all HR processes for all US Partners, managers, and employees • Advise senior management on HR strategy and decisions surrounding legal compliance, retention, benefits, engagement, recruitment, performance management, and compensation planning • Develop, recommend, and implement department and company policies and procedures • Coach people managers on performance issues and professional development • Run bi-weekly payroll with the Director of Finance including bonus payments and ensuring accurate benefit, liens and other withholdings • Handle full cycle recruitment inclusive of workforce planning, salary budgeting, and managing agency relationships • Onboard new employees including but not limited to offer communications, orientation facilitation, and system registration • Maintain all personnel data in HR systems inclusive of HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), all benefits carrier sites, 401(k) portal, and personnel files • Manage offboarding and termination process, partnering with employment counsel on disciplinary action matters • Administer all benefits, including managing renewals and open enrollments, presentation and implementation of new benefits, leave of absence (FMLA, STD, DBL, PFL) administration, ERISA compliance, and monthly bill reconciliations • Facilitate annual year-end review processes for staff and attorneys • 401(k) administration including managing new provider transition • Manage the process for H-1B visa extensions and green card applications with outside immigration counsel
