I am currently responsible for managing the MedPIP Pre-suit Demand team for Florida claims. I am responsible for driving results for productivity, motivating my team members and holding them accountable for their individual goals as well as our organizational goals. I utilize data to make informative decisions to drive positive results and recognize deficiencies through reporting. I complete monthly audits and provide consistent feedback to employees to improve work flow and habits. I work one on one with each employee to help develop their individual plans for their career goals. I am directly involved with interviewing and hiring candidates in the MedPIP department, helping to identify quality candidates who are a great fit for the organization.
