HR Professional within the Civil Service with a Masters in Human Resource Management and Chartered CIPD membership. Experience in specialist, generalist and functional HR roles. This has included Talent - designing and implementing a digital apprenticeship strategy and career path framework at HMRC - and Business Partnering. As a HR Business Partner I have partnered a group of over 700 staff whilst at DfT, followed by working at HM Treasury as HR Business Partner to the Government Finance Function, a Cross Government Function of over staff and Chief Crown Prosecutors and their senior teams at the CPS. These Business Partner roles have involved supporting Senior Civil Servants with priorities such as strategic workforce planning, organisational design and development, engagement strategies and talent management.I am currently Head of Diversity and Inclusion at the Crown Prosecution Service.
