Responsible for the direct care of 10-15 patients at a time on multiple floors. I triage, take vitals, do bed side changes, and chart each patient daily. Overall, I aid in the ADL’s of our residents, and report any changes in wounds or behavior to the charge nurse. I also work with the on staff physician to ensure the resident is getting proper meal adjustments or medication reminders.
