ABOUT RIAD MAKDESSI

I am a creative entrepreneur and innovator passionate about designing human-centric experiences that transform businesses and industries. As the CEO of Uni & DO, an Experience Design Agency, my team and I focus on research, strategy, design, and implementation to create impactful brands, spaces, services, products, and systems for our inspiring clients. In my role as CEO of Pleyo, I\'m reimagining fitness through active social play, further demonstrating my commitment to innovation.With a background in advertising and communications, I have successfully co-founded, managed, and transformed companies across various sectors. My previous experience as the CEO of Trimoo, where I led the development of the largest Family Entertainment Complex in Qatar, has shaped my approach to innovative business strategies. Today I invest in and run businesses in France, served as a Managing Partner of ADabisc, and hold board member positions for various companies. I am driven by my love for what I do, and I am always looking for new ways to impact the world positively.
