Daily follow up of Production and Injectors wells.(115 producing wells ESP/PCP and 40 injectors wells).• Identification of the best AL method for M&P wells based on reservoir pressure, water injection capability.• Follow-up of ESP/PCP BHA, equipment stock and ensure the automatic Purchase request and convinient delivery time.• Maintain wells in optimal condition to achieve maximum production.• Select and design opportunities for producing wells such as conversiion from PCP to ESP, upsiwe/downsize PCP, change of DH, setting the pump deeper and below perforations.• Assess the water injection versus the process capability, enhance the water injection as much as possible to maitain a reliable PIP and liquid submergence.• Ensure the smouth ramp-up of wells post WO mainly PCP wells.(avoid the dry run and premature stator damage)• Conduct Weekly Well by Well Review with Production and G&G team and go through Production challenges and on going WO, review all problematic wells and adress an action plan.• Conduct the monthly production with management and go through KPI, production figures, production forecast and up coming OPEX/CAPEX well interventions.• Ensure and conduct an efficient Well Testing campaign for wells to ensure an acceptable range of oil Allocation Factor.• Ensure an efficient operating mode to ensure the longest run life (MTBF) of ESP and PCP wells.• Ensure Wells optimisation for ESP wells, PCP wells by conducting Echometric measurement to be able to ramp up and ramp down frequency.( Achieve the required submergence and Pump intake pressure).• Plan Wax deposition remedial plan for PCP wells by designing Hot brine pumping or Diesel Squeeze.• Participate in well completion design specially for sand producer wells.
