Employee mentoring and development to support employee growth, improve retention, and foster a continuous learning culture• Lead performance management for OSS team overseeing performance review process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development opportunities to drive career advancement • Lead assurance for multiple Mobile and Core network management and monitoring solutions and systems including primary fault management solution providing event and alarm visibility to the 24x7 NOC (NetAct, NetScout, HPe TeMIP)• Lead and assist in program and project planning and delivery, defining scope, resource planning, developing schedules, estimating, business case development, risk and issue management, change management, and financial management• Responsible for the overall budget, forecasting, resource planning, capacity and lifecycle management• Drive the development of OSS domain roadmaps, network plans, and capital budgets• Develop and implement solutions, processes, procedures, analytics and automation to improve operational performance and cater to current and future capacity requirements• Multiple local and international vendor management (Nokia, HPE, NetScout, Ciena, GE Vernova, Cloudera), SLA and support and maintenance contract management. • Lead the review and optimisation of Core network passive probing solution to improve reliability and accuracy of legal intercept information for law enforcement agencies (NZ Police, SIS)
