ABOUT RIAAN TALJAARD
As an accomplished Manager and Prince2 Practitioner I have built a sound reputation and considerable expertise in managing the delivery of construction projects from conception through to completion. In my most recent positions I have played an integral role in supporting the delivery of a wide range of projects, including civil construction and residential developments, serving as a principle point of contact for site teams by coordinating their activities and overseeing performance and Quality management. Creating a clear project plan to facilitate the delivery of projects is one of my greatest strengths. I have proven ability to lead project teams through the delivery of critical projects using Prince2 methodology, whilst developing strategies to enhance the project delivery process in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures.
