I coordinate and schedule therapy sessions, maintain accurate session records and payment tracking, handle client feedback and concerns professionally, and contribute to creating a smooth and supportive client experience through clear and empathetic communication.

Just a girl who believes in giving people the space to be heard, understood, and supported, in a counseling session or in everyday life, I know how powerful it is when someone truly listens. I aim to create spaces where people feel heard, understood, and supported My journey has been filled with hands-on experiences. At UpLife in Indore, I had the chance to dive into Suicide Prevention, Mindfulness, and Self-Harm Prevention. I learned how to apply psychological theories like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people heal and grow. At Heart It Out, I refined my counseling skills through First Responder Training and Counseling Skills 101 & 102. These experiences taught me how to create a safe, non-judgmental space for others to share their struggles. Along the way, I also discovered my love for content writing, where I get to craft SEO-friendly blogs that are both informative and relatable, always backed by solid research. Academically, I’ve explored Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology (I/O),gaining an understanding of the mind and how people thrive in different settings. Beyond work and study, I contributed to PaperPlanes Fest and worked with GIRL UP NEEV, creating empowering content for young girls. Every experience, every conversation, and every opportunity to learn helps me grow closer to my goal: creating spaces for people to feel heard and empowered. I look forward to continuing this journey and collaborating with those who are equally passionate about making a real difference.
