Communicating and interacting with C-Level, Stakeholders & Customers also managing the overall program health2. Dashboarding & reporting, internal audit & QC managing project records, analyzing user stories as per sprint. Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. Managing Scrum & Kanban boards for teams & leaders. Being an Agile ambassador for the company, create and promote a culture of excellence3. Business case development including cost/benefit analysis, current and future state assessments4. Align to the cross –functional and disruptive priority of the organization. Preparing Goal Stage Gate (L1-L5) documents before execution of the Project. Responsible for Finance calculations such as Cost of Delay, Capex, ROI. Managing RACI matrix & other resource allocation tools6. Identify any Risks, manage these in a Register and escalate, if necessary, appropriately given the situation7. Weekly Imminent Value Report generated to communicate any value or impediments across PMO-Managed projects. Share any success or lessons learned back to the PMO so that it may be shared with other teams, storing as Organizational Process Assets (OPA)8.Manage Vendors globally to ensure quality and timely delivery of services. Recommended best practices & process improvements like Design forums & go-no-go calls.
