I’m an Assistant Site Manager at Lawrence Baker with a background that spans both construction operations and construction recruitment. Having previously worked as a Contracts Manager, I bring a strong understanding of project delivery, client expectations and the importance of keeping communication clear between all teams on site.My time in recruitment gave me a real appreciation for what makes strong site teams work. It taught me how to recognise talent, understand people’s strengths and build relationships that make a day on site run smoothly. Moving back into construction full-time has allowed me to combine all of that people experience with my passion for getting hands on and understanding the practical, technical side of how projects come together.At Lawrence Baker I’m focused on growing as an Assistant Site Manager, developing my knowledge of the finer details of the job and learning from the site team and our subbies every day.
