I am responsible for implementing and continually refining the Global Claims handling environment ensuring that it is effective, regulatory compliant, aligned to global and local claims philosophies and provides fair and consistent customer outcomes.As the Global Life Chief Claims Officer I\'m continually raising the standard of claims achievements across the life business, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention of the desired customer base.I set the overall strategic direction, policy, and governance of claims in line with business strategy, balancing efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience. I am responsible for the financial impact of the claims handling environment as part of global business plans.
