Always ready to learn new things and have been a consistent performer I started my career into banking industry in branch operations and the interaction with customers and solving their queries along with over the counter sales made me strong in my communication, convincing power and also multi tasking. Having keen interest into Human resource stream while I was pursuing my course into HRM, I decided to shift from the banking sector into HR industry and overall have 5+ yrs of experience into HR role, I have handled clients across various industries (BFSI being my major client base) and having work experience on Mid to Senior level hirings along with Leadership level recruitment. Good communication skills, Excellent in correspondence and client co-ordination, Attended Advanced Naukri training for sourcing skills & well versed with Linkedin Recruit. Good in head hunting, market mapping. In the year 2022 for few months had an opportunity to manage a team of 5 people and achievement of their targets along with mine. From October 2022 working in Corporate HRBP profile and handling end to end Talent Acquisition in Axis Finance Ltd- Corporate Banking & Support Functions Working on Stakeholder management, vendor management and managing the in-house hiring from scratch to onboarding of the candidate, BGV process, Rectifying & drafting the JD\'s as per the business requirements and conducting Business reviews for better understanding of requirements and closing the gap of hiring, Scheduling and conducting interviews across all grades, closing offers within TAT, Building rapport with the candidates and helping them through the joining and onboarding process etc.
