ABOUT ROBIN HOUCKEN
Following a career of 20 years as an executive and board member with Axel Springer Group and public broadcaster ARD / Studio Hamburg, we founded LOOPING GROUP as a band of four friends. Since then our company has grown to some 120 employees with offices in Hamburg, Berlin and Munich and a spun off entity in London. Aside from my executive career I followed my academic passion. After receiving my doctorate with a thesis on the International Film Industry from the University of St. Gallen and a fellowship at Harvard University, I became a founding board member of Germany\'s leading media institute, the HAMBURG MEDIA SCHOOL, where I continue to act as one of its trustees. Further I act on the board of the Prof. Hermann Sailer Stiftung - CCI in Zurich, a medical charity foundation dedicated to craniofacial surgery and clinical education in India and Africa.
