I practice in the Real Estate and Construction Law Practice Groups. I have extensive experience working with clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of a wide-range of commercial real estate projects. In particular, I have significant experience negotiating leases for retail shopping centers and lifestyle centers, convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, theaters, warehouse facilities, and office, business, and industrial centers on behalf of both landlords and tenants. My experience also extends to the development, creation, and leasing of commercial condominiums and mixed-use projects. In addition, I regularly assist residential developers and builders with structuring sophisticated residential planned communities and condominiums, including age restricted communities, traditional neighborhood developments, and master association developments. I am well-versed in the laws applicable to planned communities and condominiums, as well as the practical concerns and hurdles facing developers and builders in today\'s real estate market.
