Shear Enterprises LLC Designs, manufactures their completely vertical line offering thousands of skus. Shear Enterprises has received numerous awards including, Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Enterprising Woman of the Year, and Fastest Growing Woman Owned Company and Most Innovative Product for HSN. Rhonda is one of the top selling apparel brands on HSN, under of the QXH umbrella. Rhonda Shear Intimates is also a top selling apparel brand on TSC, Canada. Shear Enterprises can be found on HerRoom, Amazon, RhondaShear.com, to name a few. The line is known for comfort, quality, function, value and a full size range from Small to 3X. Her award winning bras are used after many surgeries for comfort and support. After winning“Miss Louisiana,” Rhonda went on to receive a B.A. in Communications at Loyola University. She headed out to Los Angeles for the summer, and stayed, starring in hundreds of sitcoms, films, and talk shows. She was best known as hosting the popular late night movie marathon.\"USA: Up All Night\" on USA Network. Rhonda was told she was too pretty to be funny, but never took “no” for an answer. She enjoyed breaking molds, and became a successful stand up comic headlining major comedy clubs, casinos, theaters, and appeared on many television comedy specials. Today, Rhonda is involved with many charities, chairing major events including Making Strides for Breast Cancer, the American Heart Association, and SPCA, to name a few. Shear recently opened a new concept for selling sustainable goods. Retreat StPete. A consignment store with a twist, offering furniture, clothing and high end accessories. The store is located in the historic Grand Central District of St. Pete. Challenging herself further she hosts her own weekly webcast and podcast, Rhonda Shear Social Hour. Rhonda brings on actors, musicians, producers, writers, entrepreneurs, etc. She recently authored a book gaining five star reviews. “Up All Night, Life Lessons from an Accidental Feminist.”
