Breakthrough Cincinnati believes in the power of young people. We are dreaming of a Greater Cincinnati in which all talented students know that college is an option for them. And, those students are taught by caring, diverse educators. We run a one-of-a-kind summer program along with year-round enrichment for over 200 middle and high school students in Greater Cincinnati. In my role, I shape the vision of the organization and make the tough choices to ensure we can achieve our mission. I also manage the operations and make sure the bills get paid!
