Rhonda is a legal recruiter at Solutus Legal Solutions Her expertise is in building in-house legal functions. She has assisted startups, public and private companies in all levels of in-house roles from General Counsel to junior counsel roles, in all industries including life sciences, AI, technology, and consumer product companies. Before her career as a legal recruiter, Rhonda was an attorney with the Northern California Innocence Project, and a Clinical Law Professor at Santa Clara University School of Law She also spent time as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm and as an appellate law clerk for Judge Paul Haerle. Rhonda is active in pro bono criminal justice reform and sits on the Board of the Northern California Innocence Project. She is also involved in raising money for cancer research and is an enthusiastic open water swimmer. She is married to the Hon. James Donato of the Northern District of California federal court.
