It is our strategic intent to be at the forefront of a movement to aid low-income men in fully realizing greater potential in order to exercise greater personal liberty. MenzFit ensures long-term gainful employment and financial fitness to disadvantaged men. We do this through strategies designed to ease the transition from marginal employment and chronic unemployment to gainful employment by preparing clients for re-entry into the workforce through skills training, coaching, interview-appropriate clothing, ongoing career development support and financial literacy.
