My personal experience as a performance consultant focuses on providing advice and guidance to clients as they develop comprehensive learning and performance strategies to improve business performance. In my role, I advise customers on best practices on large-scale performance support projects and: • Conduct performance-based analyses and recommend customized performance solutions • Develop change management and user adoption plans • Establish project processes • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets • Monitor project execution • Design and develop custom training solutions (virtual learning, classroom training, e-learning) • Perform classroom training facilitation. I am also an experienced Account/Relationship Manager and Certified Project Manager, with a strong customer focus and successful record of accomplishments in service delivery, project oversight, and client satisfaction. I have participated in all phases of the project lifecycle—from vendor selection, planning, design, and training development to implementation.
