I was born and raised in Illinois, where I graduated Parkland College Dental Hygiene Applied Science in 1988. I have practiced Dental Hygiene in 3 states now. I relocated to Ardmore OK in 1994, where I opened Muscles in Motion Fitness Center, which I closed in 2020. The building is now used for event rentals under The Crystalwood. I work part time as a dental hygienist, local personal training and online wellness and nutritional counseling. I have just opened CFG Business Solutions, where I provide payroll and book keeping services for small businesses in need.
