I’m a Solution Engineering leader at Salesforce, working with Energy & Utility customers to help them address their challenges, showcase innovative solutions with the Salesforce platform and to reimagine customer engagement. I\'ve been in the Salesforce ecosystem for 15 years, starting a System Administrator on the customer side, moving into various different implementation roles with a System Implementor across finance, insurance and life science organisations, before starting my dream job at Salesforce in 2018.I’m passionate about making sure more women and young people are aware of the opportunities a career in tech can bring and the importance of diversity. My other area of focus is Sustainability and demonstrating how the platform can be used to measure and monitor carbon accounting, and to optimise operations to help customers in their journey to net zero.
