Rhona has more than 30 years experience working in the public, private, academic and third sectors. Her work involves:• developing thematic plans and strategies on a range of subjects including climate change, sustainable energy and place making.• developing long term place-based plans across large to local geographic areas. • undertaking research to inform both policy and practice on: zero carbon communities, climate change and regeneration. • delivering programmes of stakeholder engagement and consultation.Rhona delivers research as an Associate at Newcastle University, where she also teaches.
