Manage relationships with key groups of external stakeholders (Employers/Payroll providers/Unions) and do this proactively where possible• Provide detailed support and guidance to Employers about their responsibilities to the scheme via online training webinars, telephone sessions and face to face seminars when required• Provide 1-2-1 training for internal and external stakeholders either online, over the telephone or face to face when required and this may also involve travel across UK• Act as a trouble shooter for internal and external stakeholder queries and escalations in order to troubleshoot queries whilst also working collaboratively with other areas of the business to best support the query to resolution• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring the current and established lines of communication are used where appropriate• Voicing Stakeholder concerns and opinions to the wider business on raised issues or emerging themes and trends• Attending, and leading where required, stakeholder engagement events to deliver a high standard of service• Taking on board feedback, comments, concerns from both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring this is passed to the necessary business area for any action and then feeding this back to the concerned internal and external stakeholders• Providing monthly MI data to Employer Operations Manager and collating the information from the rest of the ERM Team to ensure this is presented appropriately, consistently and on-time each month, ensuring there is a contingency plan in place to cover sickness or holiday absence without the loss of this information• Managing internal and external stakeholder expectations during calls, Teams meetings and face-to-face events including the managing of any conflicts or underperformance
