Analyse purchasing, inventory, and utilisation data to identify cost-saving opportunities, areas for program expansion, and improvement in 340B qualification rates.Assist in the selection and onboarding of contract pharmacies, ensuring they align with the client’s financial and operational goals.Negotiate contract pharmacy agreements, ensuring favourable terms and maximum financial benefit for the client.Review and optimise third-party administrator (TPA) services, including evaluating vendor performance and ensuring accurate data processing.Develop processes to monitor and manage contract pharmacy dispensing fees, TPA fees, and other fees to avoid overcharges and maximise program savings.Monitor and advise clients on drug manufacturer contract pharmacy restrictions and data submission requirements, ensuring compliance.Provide targeted training to client teams on 340B optimisation strategies, including contract pharmacy management and compliance with evolving manufacturer rules.
