Establish processes for MDS department when two 67 bed subacute facilities opened • Monitor quality measures and identify areas for quality improvement to attain/maintain CMS Five Star Rating • Maintain average Medicare monthly rate of $650-$700 depending on medical complexities of customers • Perform audits and suggestions to ensure RAI process per state and federal requirements are met- accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the MDS, CAAs, and Care Plans • Other tasks: Medicare/Managed Care/QAPI/Triple Check Meetings, Resource for nursing staff and MDS team, Ongoing training on RAI changes, Chart Reviews, Audit Process, Reimbursement, Appeals, Additional Records Requests, Denials, Orientation
