As the daughter of two psychologists, I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people grow — and how inner development drives our ability to connect with others and have the impact we seek on the world. I’m now an Executive Coach and Facilitator who works with CEOs and leadership teams at fast-scaling companies to help them lead with more clarity, courage, and connection. Through one-on-one coaching, team offsites, and leadership development programs, I help clients expand both their inner capacity — emotional intelligence, resilience, self-awareness — and their external impact — clear vision, aligned priorities, and trusting, accountable teams. Before founding Lockett Coaching, I helped scale teams at Remind, Stripe, and Pinterest, and bring both a Stanford BA and a Master’s in Education to my work.
