I lead Training & Quality for one of the larger BPO accounts at Radical Minds Technologies — a 200-member operation spanning Sales and Customer Support, with a direct team of 12 across quality, training, and governance functions.My work sits at the intersection of people capability and operational rigour. I design QMFs, build training ecosystems from the ground up, manage account transitions, and create the governance infrastructure that keeps quality from being an afterthought. If there\'s an SOP that needs writing, a calibration that needs running, or a client review deck that needs to land well — that\'s my space.I hold certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, ISO 9001, and POSH, and I bring that structured thinking into every process I build — without losing the human element that actually makes training stick.Open to connecting with professionals in BPO operations, L&D, and quality management.
