Coordinate the day-to-day operations of RP program at a partner site to ensure the Reading Partners’ program and curriculum meet students’ learning needs. • Lead student support to implement the tutoring program at Fruitvale Elementary to master grade-appropriate foundational literacy skills. • Administer assessment examination through Renaissance platform:a research-based elementary literacy assessment platform called :STAR R and STAR EL.• Be in constant communication with the Principal, teacher and the literacy leads to coordinating extra classes for the students who are behind their grade level.• Administer assessment examination through Renaissance platform and data entry and update student status through Salesforce.• Train and support tutor community building and support them daily to administer our curriculum.• Forge and maintain positive relationships with student families, tutors, teachers and Principal to create welcoming environments for students, caregivers, faculty & staff, and volunteer tutors.• As a member of AmeriCorps Service Committee organize service days (Martin Luther King Jr. day, Cesar Chavez day and AmeriCorps Week of service)
