I currently work as an Automation Developer at Accelirate with close to two years of experience, primarily working with UiPath, enterprise RPA, and exploring agentic AI use cases.Along with development, I spend time understanding business processes and how solutions behave after they go live. This helps in building systems that are more stable and usable for teams.At Accelirate, I’ve worked on multiple end-to-end initiatives. This includes understanding business requirements, designing logic, building and testing solutions, and deployment. I’ve seen manual and error-prone work turn into reliable systems that teams can depend on.During my early months, I ranked first across training phases. I was later recognised as Techie of the Month for contributing to bot enhancements that improved reliability across multiple business units and going beyond regular responsibilities contributing to research, technical writing, workshops and building PoCs.At this stage of my career, I’m trying to move beyond pure execution.
