About Rhishabh Jain
Hi, I am Rhishabh Jain, currently working as Advance Valuation Analyst with EY GDS. I previously worked as Senior Analyst with Cians Analytics. I have done my MBA in Finance from BIMTECH after which I started my professional journey with Cians. Currently, I work on business valuation engagements covering goodwill impairment (ASC 350), Stock Compensation (409a) and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) for the US-East region. I also cover equity compution using various valuation approaches such as DCF, Guideline Public Companies Method (GPCM) and Guideline Transaction Method (GTM).Previously, I was working on investment banking and valuation projects from US/ Europe clients such as M&A deals, comparables valuation and DCF valuation to calculate value of the target company. Additionally, I work on modelling projects such as financial statements creation and template updates to calculate the net leverage ratio of the target company. On qualitative side, I prepare one-pager & detailed company profiles, target list and strip profiles for clients. I also have an experience of working on pilot clients with tight deadlines.
