I am a researcher. I am obsessed with understanding, learning, reviewing and drawing conclusions from what I’ve learnt. I’m currently working in the field of User Experience (UX) and across Web2 and Web3.As humans, we interact with many products and services throughout our day to day lives. Some we love, some we hate. Very often this is determined by how effectively the product understands and meets our needs. I want to make sure that the products we engage with engage us. In order to make sure products are designed for our interactions, I explore many aspects underlying the design. You’ll often find me working on: defining problems, ethnographic research, user journeys, developing testable prototypes, conducting usability testing, along with many other methods that work with users to find the best solutions for their needs.
