As a District Manager at AEG Vision, I oversee the performance and operations of 11 practices in the Mid Missouri area. I have been with the company since February 2020, starting as a Practice Manager and then becoming a Market Manager before assuming my current role in July 2023. I have over 20 years of leadership experience in the retail industry, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, Management, and Business Administration from Columbia College. My passion lies in people development and customer satisfaction. I work with my team of Practice Managers to ensure that our practices deliver high-quality eye care and eyewear services to our patients, while achieving sales and profitability goals. I also coach and mentor my team to help them grow their skills and careers, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. I enjoy building teams that desire to win and that share the company\'s vision and purpose.
