As a Senior Recruiter specialising in Nursing, Paediatrics, and Project Recruitment, I work across the end‑to‑end hiring across a wide spectrum of complex care needs. From established nursing packages to paediatric services and new packages of care. I also provide additional resourcing support to our wider recruitment teams across Kent and Sussex. Working within a service that delivers specialist complex care to children, young people, and adults with ongoing or unpredictable health conditions, I’m passionate about connecting exceptional clinicians with the people and families who rely on them.With more than 20 years of complex care experience behind us, we pride ourselves on maintaining genuine local expertise through real, in‑person office hubs. This approach not only strengthens our internal culture but directly enhances the quality of care we’re able to deliver across the South of England.
