I’m Rhi and I’m 15 years into my career at Openreach. I’ve learned that I love people leadership, the learning world and developing future talent. I’m a loyal connector, get excited by levelling up our business and love a problem to solve. I joined Openreach as an apprentice and currently Head up the Training Delivery team which is UK wide and approx. 100 people strong. Outside of work I enjoy setting myself challenges and recently completed the National three peaks for four charities raising over 3k. I enjoy travelling & spend as much time with my family and friends as I can when at home in Leeds. I’m not excited by spam mail and bots trying to flog something via LinkedIn but love to create real connections!
