ABOUT RHIANNAN F.

I’m a Planning & Infrastructure Associate Solicitor with a passion for shaping places that work for people - and for driving equality and inclusion within the built environment.My journey began in local government, where I trained as a solicitor in-house at a shared legal service, advising on public law and administrative matters, including planning, highways, and regeneration. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how policy, planning, and people intersect. Today, at Eversheds Sutherland, I advise clients across the public and private sectors, from local authorities, statutory bodies, and housing providers to developers and lenders, helping them deliver a diverse range of projects. Beyond my legal practice, I’m an advocate for inclusion and well-being in the profession. I’m proud to serve on the RTPI Regional Activities Committee and as Secretary of the BAME Planners Network Steering Group, where I contribute to initiatives that promote representation and belonging across the planning sector.Always open to connecting with others who are shaping equitable, sustainable communities or championing wellbeing at work.
