ABOUT RHIANN MARCHANT

I am committed to shaping neuroaffirming, creative and relational approaches to post-diagnostic support that centre the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals and their families. Drawing on both clinical expertise as an Autism and assessment clinician and an educational lens, I lead and support the development of inclusive, person-led services that go beyond diagnosis to create real impact. My work is rooted in reflective practice, ethical leadership and innovation, with a focus on co-creating environments where neurodivergent people can thrive without compromise. As Director and Education Consultant, I lead the strategic development and delivery of post-diagnostic support and neurodevelopmental assessment services, with a focus on Autism, ADHD and Specific Learning Differences. My role involves overseeing service design, quality assurance and multi-agency collaboration while offering direct consultation, training and bespoke education support for children, families, and professionals. Working closely with schools, healthcare providers and local authorities, I provide leadership rooted in neuroaffirming values, innovation, and evidence-informed practice, with the aim of improving outcomes for neurodivergent individuals through relational and accessible support systems. During my time in Education, I was a highly specialised SENCO, I worked as part of senior leadership teams to shape inclusive practice and provision for autistic children and young people within mainstream and specialist educational settings. I led on the development of whole-school approaches to autism support, offering tailored staff training, individual pupil assessments, and multi-agency planning to ensure needs were met holistically. My role involved strategic leadership as well as hands-on support, enabling schools to build their confidence and capacity in providing safe, meaningful and neuroaffirming learning environments for all learners.
