Robert H.(Bob) Greenlee is the Founder and Managing Partner of ESG IMPACTS and The E³SG Companies. ESG IMPACTS is a national company specializing in sustainable and impact investment real estate, providing Sustainability as a Service on a subscription basis or specific engagements on a fixed fee or commission basis. The E³SG Companies are purpose-driven innovators and creators of ESG applications in real estate, delivered through synergistic technology, education and brokerage partnerships.E³SG is partnering with MIT in the development of AI-based algorithms to generate automated Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) scores for the nation’s 32 million commercial properties. The scoring process leads to and allows focused sustainable asset management strategies, with valuations before and after. The firm has an equal concentration on E, S, and G, as well as H-Health and I-Impact. Assets are packaged for sale to institutional and other sustainable and social impact investors.Mr. Greenlee has been an advocate for the integration of best sustainability practices in the economics of investment real estate throughout his 35-year career, focusing on Sustainable - Impact - and ESG Investing, Conservation, Revitalization, Place Making, Value Enhancement, Funding Solutions, Property Management, and Economic Research.As Managing Director and a producing Senior Advisor, Bob owns and directs the activities of the Chesapeake office of SVN-Miller Commercial Real Estate and serves as the National Chair ǀ ESG and Impact Investing for SVN International Corp. He is also president of The Greenlee Group, an asset management, valuation, and economic consulting firm.
