I’ve had the opportunity to grow during my time at Kroger, starting as a Courtesy Clerk in 2018 and eventually becoming an Assistant Customer Service Manager Relief. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in customer service, from greeting customers and answering questions to resolving complaints and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. In my most recent role, I took on more responsibility, helping lead the front-end team, improving day-to-day operations, and making sure we consistently met our goals. It’s been a great learning experience, and I’m excited to bring these skills to my future career in accounting.
